Background

Raymond O'Brien started his sales career in 1980 with Wright Line Corp., a data processing filing systems company. In 1982, Ray joined a well-known national placement firm, and quickly became a top national recruiter, consistently ranking in the upper 5%.

After eight successful years in recruiting, Ray formed O'Brien & Company, with the objective of taking a more personalized approach to the placement process. Ray believes the company's strong growth is attributed to repeat searches from satisfied clients and referrals from satisfied candidates.
